...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT SOUTHWESTERN MONTEZUMA COUNTY
THROUGH 1145 AM MDT...

At 1108 AM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 11
miles east of Aneth, or 29 miles northwest of Shiprock, moving north
at 35 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and pea size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around 
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is 
         possible.

This storm will remain over mainly rural areas of southwestern
Montezuma County.

This includes the following highways...
 U.S. Highway 160 in Colorado near mile marker 11.
 Colorado 41 between mile markers 6 and 9.
