...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT SOUTH CENTRAL GRAND COUNTY
THROUGH 300 PM MDT...

At 230 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Moab, moving northwest at 20 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and pea size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around 
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is 
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Moab and Spanish Valley.

This includes the following highways...
 U.S. Highway 191 in Utah between mile markers 116 and 131.
 Utah 128 between mile markers 0 and 5, and near mile marker 9.
 Utah 279 between mile markers 2 and 15.
