...EXPECT A PERIOD OF STRONG WIND GUSTS THIS EVENING...

A strong cold front moves through the area this evening, with northwest
winds behind the front gusting to around 40 mph. These strong 
gusts will cross the area between 9 PM and 10 PM along and to the 
west of the I-95 corridor, and between 10 and 11 PM to the east. 
Winds will diminish overnight, but it will still remain breezy
with gusts to 20 to 30 mph.

Consider securing or bringing loose outdoor objects indoors. A 
few downed trees and localized power outages will be possible.
