...Dry Fuels and Low Relative Humidity Will Increase Fire Weather 
Concerns Today...

Fuels remain very dry across southern Vermont according to the 
Vermont Department of Forests, Parks and Recreation. This, 
combined with low relative humidity values of 16 to 28 percent 
during the midday hours, could contribute to faster ignitions and 
increased rate of fire spread. It is recommended to avoid 
activities that could create a spark.
