...Strong thunderstorms will impact portions of western Whatcom and
northwestern Skagit Counties through 1215 AM PDT...

At 1142 PM PDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from near Sumas to near Bellingham. Movement was
northwest at 35 mph.

HAZARD...Winds in excess of 40 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around 
         unsecured objects.

Locations impacted include...
Bellingham, Sumas, Deming, Lynden, Ferndale, Blaine, Birch Bay,
Peaceful Valley, Everson, Nooksack, Acme, Maple Falls, Geneva,
Marietta-Alderwood, Alger, Sudden Valley, Kendall, and Custer.
