extending from 9 miles west of Caldwell to near Hamlin. Movement was
east at 35 mph.

Wind gusts of 35 to 50 mph are possible with these showers.

Charleston, Parkersburg, Marietta, Nitro, Belpre, Ripley, Spencer,
Winfield, Harrisville, St. Marys, Beverly, Hamlin, Elizabeth, Racine,
Forked Run State Park, Jefferson, South Charleston, St. Albans,
Vienna, and Dunbar.
