* At 427 PM PST, a line of showers producing damaging wind gusts 
  over 60 mph were located along a line extending from 14 miles east 
  of Nipomo to 10 miles west of Vandenberg Space Force Base, moving 
  east at 60 mph.

  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and penny size hail.

  IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees.
