  Southeastern Santa Barbara County in southwestern California...

* Until 900 PM PDT.

* At 758 PM PDT, a severe thunderstorm continued over southeast 
  Santa Barbara County, including the cities of Santa Barbara, 
  Goleta, Summerland, and Montecito.  

  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts,penny size hail, heavy downpours with 
           roadway flooding. Some rotation is being detected offshore,
           leading to a chance of this thunderstorm spinning up a
           brief tornado. 

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs and trees.
