* Severe Thunderstorm Warning for...
  South central Alamosa County in southeastern Colorado...
  West central Costilla County in south central Colorado...
  Northeastern Conejos County in south central Colorado...

* Until 645 PM MDT.

* At 614 PM MDT, a severe thunderstorm was located near Sanford, or 9
  miles south of San Luis Valley Airport, moving northeast at 35 mph.

  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage 
           to roofs, siding, and trees.

* Locations impacted include...
  Alamosa, San Luis Valley Airport, Manassa, Sanford, La Jara,
  Alamosa East, and Bountiful.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Remain alert for a possible tornado! Tornadoes can develop quickly
from severe thunderstorms. If you spot a tornado go at once into the
