  Central Pope County in southern Illinois...
  Northwestern Livingston County in western Kentucky...

* Until 630 PM CDT.

* At 612 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located near Golconda, or
  13 miles northeast of Metropolis, moving east at 30 mph.

  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and penny size hail.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees.

* Locations impacted include...
  Golconda and Dixon Springs.

Large hail, damaging wind, and continuous cloud to ground lightning
are occurring with this storm. Move indoors immediately. Lightning is
