  Southern Shelby County in central Illinois...
  Southwestern Cumberland County in east central Illinois...
  Northwestern Clay County in south central Illinois...
  Effingham County in south central Illinois...

* Until 530 PM CDT.

* At 424 PM CDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line
  extending from near Cowden to Vandalia, moving east at 35 mph.

  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage 
           to roofs, siding, and trees.

* Severe thunderstorms will be near...
  Beecher City around 430 PM CDT.
  Stewardson and Shumway around 435 PM CDT.
  Altamont around 440 PM CDT.

Other locations in the path of these severe thunderstorms include
Effingham, Teutopolis, Watson, Heartville, Edgewood, Mason, Montrose
and Dieterich.
