* At 629 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located near Franklin, or
  29 miles northeast of Phillipsburg, moving northeast at 25 mph.

  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and half dollar size hail.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated. At 625pm Trained Spotters reported half 
           dollar size hail 10 miles north of Smith Center.

  IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage 
           to roofs, siding, and trees.
