* Until 515 PM EDT.

* At 437 PM EDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line
  extending from near Barnes Gap to near Greenwood to 7 miles south
  of Paw Paw to 9 miles southeast of Romney, moving southeast at 35
  mph.

  HAZARD...70 mph wind gusts.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Damaging winds will cause some trees and large branches 
           to fall. This could injure those outdoors, as well as 
           damage homes and vehicles. Roadways may become blocked by 
           downed trees. Localized power outages are possible. 
           Unsecured light objects may become projectiles.

  Winchester, Martinsburg, Strasburg, Romney, Hancock, Millwood Pike,
  Inwood, Wilson-Conococheague, Stephens City, Berkeley Springs,
  Wardensville, Star Tannery, Berkeley, Middletown, Falling Waters,
  Great Cacapon, Clear Spring, Capon Bridge, Hedgesville, and
  Pecktonville.
