* At 352 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located near Katahdin
  Woods and Waters National Monument, or 8 miles west of Patten,
  moving southeast at 20 mph.

  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and nickel size hail.

  IMPACT...Expect damage to trees and power lines.

  Patten, Sherman, Island Falls, Mount Chase, Katahdin Woods and
