* At 656 PM CDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line 
  extending from Kelso to near McGehee to near Monticello, moving 
  southeast at 40 mph.

  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts.

  SOURCE...Emergency management. Several trees have been downed in 
           Southeast Arkansas.

  IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees.
