  Central Watauga County in northwestern North Carolina...

* Until 730 PM EDT.

* At 627 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located near Grandfather
  Mountain State Park, or near Foscoe, moving northeast at 25 mph.

  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage 
           to roofs, siding, and trees.

  Foscoe...
  Todd...
  Blowing Rock In Caldwell County...

  and Rutherwood.
