* At 334 AM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located over Hatton, or 27
  miles southwest of Grand Forks, moving northeast at 35 mph.

  HAZARD...70 mph wind gusts.

  IMPACT...Expect considerable tree damage. Damage is likely to 
           mobile homes, roofs, and outbuildings.
