  Southeastern Colfax County in northeastern New Mexico...
  Northeastern Mora County in northeastern New Mexico...

* Until 915 PM MDT.

* At 840 PM MDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 13 miles north of 
  Wagon Mound, moving northeast at 45 mph.

  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind
           damage to roofs, siding, and trees.

* Locations impacted include...
  Springer and Maxwell.

This includes Interstate 25 between Mile Markers 396 and 434.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Seek shelter inside a well-built structure and stay away from 
windows. This storm is capable of producing damaging winds and large 
hail.

Motorists can expect brief but sudden changes in visibility and 
ponding of water on roadways as storms move through the area.
