* Until 245 PM EDT.

* At 158 PM EDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line
  extending from Perry City to near Millerton, moving east at 40 mph.

  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and penny size hail.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees.

* Locations impacted include...
  Chemung, Ithaca, Elmira, Southport, Barton, Horseheads, Newfield,
  Waverly, Elmira Heights, and Cayuga Heights.

Remain alert for a possible tornado! Tornadoes can develop quickly
from severe thunderstorms. If you spot a tornado go at once into the
