* At 202 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located over Plattsburgh
  International Airport, moving east at 10 mph.

  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Minor hail damage to vehicles is possible. Expect wind 
           damage to trees and powerlines.

  Plattsburgh International Airport, Burlington, Plattsburgh, South
  Burlington, Schuyler Falls, Colchester, Georgia, Grand Isle,
  Milton, South Hero, Georgia Center, St. Albans Town, Young Island,
  Wilcox Point, Sunset Island, West Milton, Malletts Bay, Kellogg
  Island, Grand Isle State Park, and Allens Bay In Clinton County.

building.

Large hail, damaging wind, and continuous cloud to ground lightning
are occurring with this storm. Move indoors immediately. Lightning is
one of nature's leading killers. Remember, if you can hear thunder,
you are close enough to be struck by lightning.

Boaters on Lake Champlain should seek safe harbor now! Strong winds
will cause higher waves and sudden wind shifts may overturn boats.

Torrential rainfall is occurring with this storm, and may lead to
flash flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded roadways.
