* At 646 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located over Todt Hill,
  moving east at 20 mph.

  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Expect damage to trees and power lines.

* Locations impacted include...
  Flatbush, Flushing, Bayonne, Coney Island, Rockaway Beach, Todt
  Hill, Crown Heights, Huguenot, Kennedy Airport, The Verrazano
  Narrows Bridge, Forest Hills, Canarsie, Bay Ridge, Port Richmond,
  and Howard Beach.
