* Until 415 PM PDT..

* At 308 PM PDT, a severe thunderstorm was located near Salisbury, or
  10 miles southwest of Baker City, moving northeast at 35 mph.

  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage 
           to roofs, siding, and trees.

  Salisbury, Mason Dam, and Phillips Reservoir around 310 PM PDT.
  Baker City around 320 PM PDT.
  Flagstaff Hill around 330 PM PDT.
  Keating around 340 PM PDT.
  Gover Reservoir around 400 PM PDT.
