* At 609 PM PDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 10 miles west of
  Post, or 12 miles southeast of Prineville, moving northwest at 30
  mph.

  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.

  IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage
