  Central Elk County in north central Pennsylvania...

* Until 730 PM EDT.

* At 639 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located over Marienville,
  moving east at 45 mph.

  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage 
           to roofs, siding, and trees.

* Locations impacted include...
  St. Marys, Ridgway, Johnsonburg, Wilcox, Brandy Camp, East Branch
  Dam, Portland Mills, and Kersey.

Radar has indicated rotation within this severe thunderstorm.
Although a tornado is not immediately likely, tornadoes can develop
quickly during severe thunderstorms.
