  moving south and east.

  HAZARD...55-65 mph wind gusts.

  SOURCE...Radar and surface observations indicating severe winds.

  IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees.

  West El Paso, Central El Paso, East El Paso, Northeast El Paso,
