* At 510 PM EDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line
  extending from 6 miles northwest of Martinsburg to near Winchester
  to near Star Tannery, moving southeast at 35 mph.

  HAZARD...70 mph wind gusts.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Damaging winds will cause some trees and large branches 
           to fall. This could injure those outdoors, as well as 
           damage homes and vehicles. Roadways may become blocked by 
           downed trees. Localized power outages are possible. 
           Unsecured light objects may become projectiles.

  Winchester, Martinsburg, Front Royal, Strasburg, Charles Town,
  Shepherdstown, Millwood Pike, Ranson, Berryville, Inwood, Stephens
  City, Harpers Ferry, Corporation Of Ranson, Kearneysville, Linden,
  Star Tannery, Berkeley, Middletown, Bolivar, and Shenandoah
  Junction.
