  Southwestern Lonoke County in central Arkansas...
  North central Jefferson County in southeastern Arkansas...

* Until 1145 PM CDT.

* At 1118 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a
  tornado was located 7 miles southeast of England, or 18 miles
  northeast of Pine Bluff, moving north at 25 mph.

  HAZARD...Tornado.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.

  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
           shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. 
           Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree 
           damage is likely.
