* Tornado Warning for...
  Lee County in eastern Arkansas...
  Southeastern St. Francis County in eastern Arkansas...
  Northwestern Phillips County in eastern Arkansas...
  Northwestern Tunica County in northwestern Mississippi...

* Until 915 PM CDT.
    
* At 842 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
  was located near Palmer, or 7 miles northwest of Marvell, moving
  northeast at 55 mph.

  HAZARD...Tornado.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.

  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
           shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. 
           Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree 
           damage is likely.

* Locations impacted include...
  Marianna, Hughes, Rondo, Aubrey, Brickeys, Lagrange,
  Jeffersonville, Cody, Kokomo, Haleside, Mud Lake, Soudan, Peters,
  Council, Turkey Scratch, Vineyard, Diamond Woods, Ball Point,
  Whitehall and Cypress Corner.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

TAKE COVER NOW! Move to a storm shelter or an interior room on the
lowest floor of a sturdy building. Avoid windows. If you are
outdoors, in a mobile home, or in a vehicle, move to the closest
substantial shelter and protect yourself from flying debris.

Tornadoes are extremely difficult to see and confirm at night. Do not
