The National Weather Service in Sioux Falls has issued a

* Tornado Warning for...
  Central Buena Vista County in northwestern Iowa...

* Until 1045 PM CDT.
    
* At 1016 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a
  tornado was located near Alta, or near Storm Lake, moving east at
  35 mph.

  HAZARD...Tornado and half dollar size hail.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.  A rotating wall cloud was also 
           reported near Alta.

  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
           shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. 
           Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree 
           damage is likely.

* This dangerous storm will be near...
  Storm Lake around 1020 PM CDT.
  Truesdale around 1025 PM CDT.
