The National Weather Service in Wilmington has issued a

* Tornado Warning for...
  Southern Wayne County in east central Indiana...
  Northwestern Union County in east central Indiana...
  Northeastern Fayette County in east central Indiana...

* Until 1000 PM EDT.

* At 928 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
  was located near Cambridge City, moving southeast at 15 mph.

  HAZARD...Tornado.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.

  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
           shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. 
           Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree 
           damage is likely.

* Locations impacted include...
  Richmond, Connersville, Centerville, Cambridge City, Dublin,
  Waterloo, Abington, Milton, East Germantown, Mount Auburn,
  Jacksonburg, Philomath, Beesons, and Springersville.

This includes I-70 in Indiana between mile markers 134 and 140.
 
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

TAKE COVER NOW! Move to a basement or an interior room on the lowest
floor of a sturdy building. Avoid windows. If you are outdoors, in a
mobile home, or in a vehicle, move to the closest substantial shelter
and protect yourself from flying debris.
