  West central St. Bernard Parish in southeastern Louisiana...
  Central Jefferson Parish in southeastern Louisiana...
  Northwestern Plaquemines Parish in southeastern Louisiana...

* Until 230 AM CST.
    
* At 149 AM CST, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
  was located over Jean Lafitte, or 9 miles southwest of Belle
  Chasse, moving east at 55 mph.

  HAZARD...Tornado.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.

  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
           shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. 
           Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree 
           damage is likely.

  Belle Chasse and Jean Lafitte around 155 AM CST.
