The National Weather Service in the Twin Cities has issued a

* Tornado Warning for...
  Southwestern Meeker County in central Minnesota...
  Southeastern Kandiyohi County in central Minnesota...

* Until 1000 PM CDT.

* At 931 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
  was located over Atwater, or 10 miles east of Willmar, moving
  southeast at 25 mph.

  HAZARD...Tornado and quarter size hail.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.

  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
           shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. 
           Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur. Tree 
           damage is likely.

* This dangerous storm will be near...
  Cosmos around 950 PM CDT.

Other locations impacted by this tornadic thunderstorm include
Thorpe, Kandiyohi, Strout, and Lake Lillian.

This includes U.S. Highway 12 between mile markers 78 and 91.
