  Northwestern Montgomery County in central North Carolina...
  Southwestern Randolph County in central North Carolina...
  Northeastern Stanly County in central North Carolina...

* Until 245 PM EDT.
    
* At 159 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
  was located near Plyler, or 7 miles west of Albemarle, moving
  northeast at 45 mph.

  HAZARD...Tornado.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.

  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
           shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. 
           Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree 
           damage is likely.

* This dangerous storm will be near...
  Albemarle around 210 PM EDT.
  Badin Lake around 220 PM EDT.

Other locations impacted by this tornadic thunderstorm include
Eldorado, Badin, Fish Tales Marina, Finger and Richfield.
