The National Weather Service in Sioux Falls has issued a

* Tornado Warning for...
  Southern Dakota County in northeastern Nebraska...
  South central Dixon County in northeastern Nebraska...

* Until 800 PM CDT.

* At 736 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
  was located over Emerson, or 12 miles east of Wayne, moving
  northeast at 25 mph.

  HAZARD...Tornado.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.

  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
           shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. 
           Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree 
           damage is likely.

* This dangerous storm will be near...
  Emerson around 740 PM CDT.

Other locations impacted by this tornadic thunderstorm include
Waterbury and Winnebago Reservation.
