  Southeastern Madison County in central New York...
  North central Chenango County in central New York...

* Until 745 PM EDT.

* At 709 PM EDT, severe thunderstorms capable of producing both
  tornadoes and extensive straight line wind damage were located over
  Lebanon, or near Hamilton, moving northeast at 55 mph.

  HAZARD...Tornado and quarter size hail.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.

  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
           shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. 
           Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree 
           damage is likely.

  Hamilton and Poolville around 715 PM EDT.
  Waterville and Bridgewater around 725 PM EDT.
