* Tornado Warning for...
  Southeastern Seneca County in central New York...
  Southwestern Cayuga County in central New York...

* Until 430 PM EDT.

* At 403 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
  was located over Kidders, or 16 miles northwest of Ithaca, moving
  northeast at 30 mph.

  HAZARD...Tornado and half dollar size hail.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.

  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
           shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. 
           Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree 
           damage is likely.

  Genoa, Ledyard, and King Ferry around 410 PM EDT.
  Moravia, Cascade, and Casowasco around 420 PM EDT.
