  Southeastern Stephens County in southern Oklahoma...
  Northwestern Carter County in southern Oklahoma...
  West central Murray County in southern Oklahoma...

* Until 1145 AM CST.

* At 1058 AM CST, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a
  tornado was located near Loco, moving northeast at 40 mph.

  HAZARD...Tornado.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.

  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
           shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. 
           Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree 
           damage is likely.

* Locations impacted include...
  Elmore City, Katie, Foster, Tatums, Loco, Ratliff City, Hennepin,
  Graham, Pooleville, Antioch, Pernell, and Fox.

This includes Interstate 35 between mile markers 57 and 63.
