  Southeastern Berks County in eastern Pennsylvania...
  West central Montgomery County in southeastern Pennsylvania...
  Northeastern Chester County in southeastern Pennsylvania...

* Until 730 PM EDT.
    
* At 656 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
  was located near Cedarville, or 11 miles southeast of Reading,
  moving east at 20 mph.

  HAZARD...Tornado.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.

  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
           shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. 
           Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree 
           damage is likely.

* Locations impacted include...
  Pottstown, Collegeville, Royersford, Trappe, Schwenksville, Spring
  Mount, Gilbertsville, Cedarville, Stowe, Pottsgrove, South
  Pottstown, Amity Gardens, Sanatoga, Kenilworth and Halfway House.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

TAKE COVER NOW! Move to a basement or an interior room on the lowest
floor of a sturdy building. Avoid windows. If you are outdoors, in a
