  Northwestern Rusk County in northeastern Texas...
  Southeastern Wood County in northeastern Texas...
  Southwestern Upshur County in northeastern Texas...
  Southwestern Gregg County in northeastern Texas...

* Until 500 PM CDT.

* At 410 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
  was located near Kilgore, moving northwest at 50 mph.

  HAZARD...Tornado.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.

  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
           shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. 
           Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree 
           damage is likely.

* This dangerous storm will be near...
  Kilgore around 415 PM CDT.
  Liberty City around 420 PM CDT.
  Hawkins around 445 PM CDT.

Other locations impacted by this tornadic thunderstorm include Red
Springs, Monroe, Rolling Meadows, Laird Hill, and Winona.
