  Western Loudoun County in northern Virginia...
  Southeastern Frederick County in northwestern Virginia...
  Central Clarke County in northwestern Virginia...

* Until 945 PM EDT.

* At 926 PM EDT, a tornado producing storm was located near Bluemont,
  or 15 miles south of Charles Town, moving northwest at 35 mph.

  HAZARD...Damaging tornado.

  SOURCE...Radar confirmed tornado.

  IMPACT...For those in the direct path of a tornado touchdown, 
           flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
           shelter. Damage to roofs, siding, and windows may occur. 
           Mobile homes may be damaged or destroyed. Tree damage is 
           likely.

* This tornadic storm will be near...
  Berryville around 930 PM EDT.

Other locations impacted by this tornadic thunderstorm include
Gaylord, Briggs, and Stringtown.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

To repeat, a tornado is on the ground. TAKE COVER NOW! Move to a
basement or an interior room on the lowest floor of a sturdy
building. Avoid windows. If you are outdoors, in a mobile home, or in

Torrential rainfall is occurring with this storm, and may lead to
