The National Weather Service in the Twin Cities has issued a

* Tornado Warning for...
  Northwestern Dunn County in west central Wisconsin...
  Southeastern St. Croix County in west central Wisconsin...

* Until 700 PM CDT.

* At 620 PM CDT, a confirmed tornado was located near Baldwin, or 11 
  miles east of River Falls, moving northeast at 50 mph. Storm 
  chasers reported a rain wrapped tornado east of River Falls. 

  HAZARD...Damaging tornado.

  SOURCE...Weather spotters confirmed tornado.

  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
           shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. 
           Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur. Tree 
           damage is likely.

* The tornado will be near...
  Woodville around 625 PM CDT.
  Glenwood City around 635 PM CDT.
  Boyceville around 640 PM CDT.

Other locations impacted by this tornadic thunderstorm include
Wilson, Connorsville, Downing, Hersey, and Emerald.

This includes Interstate 94 in Wisconsin between mile markers 25 and
35.
 
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

To repeat, a tornado is on the ground. TAKE COVER NOW! Move to a
basement or an interior room on the lowest floor of a sturdy
building. Avoid windows. If you are outdoors, in a mobile home, or in
a vehicle, move to the closest substantial shelter and protect
yourself from flying debris.
