* WHAT...Snow expected. Total snow accumulations of 1 of 2 inches 
  with isolated accumulations to 3 inches above 2000 feet.

* WHERE...Bell, Knott, Leslie, Perry, and Pike Counties.

* WHEN...Until 10 AM EST Friday.

* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous 
  conditions could impact travel overnight and the Friday morning 
  commute.
