...WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY WILL EXPIRE AT NOON CST TODAY...

Conditions are improving across the advisory area, with milder air 
and a change from snow to rain working in from the northeast. 
Rain-snow mix will continue through early afternoon over far 
southeast Wisconsin and near the Wisconsin-Illinois state line, 
though impacts are expected to be minimal. The Winter Weather 
Advisory will thus be allowed to expire as scheduled at Noon CST.
